What to Expect on Day 1 of Standard First Aid

Day 1 covers scene management, CPR practice, AED training, choking response and basic wound care. Arrive comfortable, bring photo ID and be prepared for active hands-on participation.

WorkSafeBC requires employers to maintain adequate first aid coverage at all times. Standard First Aid certification ensures your workplace meets the minimum requirements while giving your team the confidence to respond in any emergency.

Our courses are held regularly across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, with small class sizes ensuring maximum hands-on practice time with certified instructors.
